1. Before using your Waffle Baker for the first time, remove any dust from shipping by wiping the plates with a damp cloth. Remove all protective paper and wrapping.

2. Plug the cord into a 110V AC outlet. Switch the On/Off Switch to the “On” position. Turn the “Temperature Control Dial” to 230°C.  The green warming indicator light will now turn on.

NOTE: The first time you use your waffle maker, it may have a slight odor and may smoke a bit. This is normal, and common to heating appliances.

3. When the light turns off the unit has reached the desired temperature and is now ready for use.

REMEMBER: When the light is on the unit is heating, when the light is off the unit has reached the desired temperature. This may occur during regular use while the machine maintains the desired temperature.

4. Before baking the first Waffle of the day, use a pastry brush to lightly coat the top and bottom waffle grid with vegetable oil or melted shortening to reduce the risk of Waffle sticking to the grid once cooked.  Nonstick baking spray works well for this purpose.

HINT: This should be repeated every few batches of Waffle.


5. Ladle just enough batter to fill the lower grid so that the peak areas of the grid are completely covered.

HINT: It takes approximately 1/3 of a cup of batter to fill each Waffle grid and should look similar to this:


1. Allow the Waffle Baker to fully cool before you begin any cleaning procedures.

2. Make sure the Waffle Baker is unplugged from the power supply.

3. Using a dry cloth remove all remaining food particles.

4. If food particles still remain use a non-abrasive detergent. NEVER USE DETERGENTS THAT CONTAIN CAUSTIC SODA. This will destroy the plates.

A.Usually we use DHL/ Fedex/ UPS/TNT/EMS, which will take about 5-15 days to most countries.For Brazil we will use EMS which is easy for customers to receive goods.We will ship your order via FedEX/DHL/UPS/TNT according to actual situation without notice in advance, e.g. if you choosen DHL free shipping, we may ship by UPS/TNT or other similar express courior ! If your address belongs to remote area of Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT , it is customer duty to pay the remore area charge, othewise it can not be ship out.

B.We are not responsible for any customs/import tax or VAT caused in case at buyer\'s country, but we will try our best to avoid or reduce buyer\'s customs tax with low value declared on invoice.

 C.Brazil, Ukraine and Russia customers are suggested to choose EMS as shipping way. it will cost 1 month more or less even if you choose this. Paying tax is the obligation of international buyers, buyer should consult their local customs how much the tax will be. What we can do is to put a lower value on invoice.

4. All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch.
In case the item is defective, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and send up the defected photos.
5. Items returned after 7 days of delivery are only eligible for repair.
6.All items must be returned in their original condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
